It is expressly recommended that a rental cancellation insurance policy be taken out at the same time as payment of the reservation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a72 Impossibility of delivery of the vessel by the lessor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(1) If for reasons of damage or for any reason beyond the control of the lessor, which occurred prior to the commencement of the lease, it is not possible to deliver the leased vessel, a vessel of the same or similar characteristics shall be delivered to the lessor.
